White teff and dark teff seeds (also known as red teff, brown teff or black teff) are produced from accessions that adapt perfectly to our latitudes and pedoclimatic conditions. The teff plant can be used both for the production of food grain (mainly used for gluten-free flours) and for animal fodder. The sowing period ranges from April to July, depending on the geographical area. It is essential that at the time of sowing the soil temperature is not lower than 15-16°C. We have both naked and coated seeds, both options are suitable for use in ecological agriculture, as they are untreated and non-GMO seeds. Since 2024 we can provide coated (encrusted) teff seeds. Materials used to encrust seeds are also suitable for organic farming.
